Exhibition design, 2026

For the final presentation of my Master’s project, Still Working, I independently designed and curated a roughly 50-square-metre exhibition space for the HAWK annual graduate show in summer 2026. The exhibition translated the project’s research, photographic series and publication into a spatial experience for a public audience. My responsibilities included selecting and sequencing the photographs, determining print formats and materials, preparing and producing the exhibition prints, sourcing frames and installing the works. I also planned the visitor route, spatial rhythm and the placement of additional content, including the project video. The process required me to consider how images communicate not only individually, but also through scale, spacing, sequence and the way visitors move through a room. Curating the exhibition was a valuable experience in creating a coherent space that allowed the work to be encountered, understood and discussed by a wider audience.
